del Convenio Constitutivo de la Corporación Andina de Fomento, CAF, aprobada por la Ley 103 de 1968 y en vigencia desde el 30 de enero de 1971, facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para disponer que el Banco de la República, con cargo a las reservas internacionales del país, haga los aportes de capital que correspondan a la República de Colombia en la Corporación Andina, CAF, presentes o futuros.
