Art. 12. Ningún documento que esté extendido en papel incompetente podrá ser estimado como prueba y tenerse como válido, aun cuando no sea tachado por la parte á quien so opone. Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en este artículo los testamentos nuncupativos y cerrados,y, sus cubiertas. Cuando se presenten testamentos de, los que acaba de mencionarse, los interesados pagarán cincuenta pesos por cada una de las hojas de papel que compongan el testamento y la cubierta.
