Competencia . De conformidad con el artículo 33 de la Ley 4º. de 1991, a los Auxiliares de Policía Bachilleres, se les aplicará el régimen disciplinario, vigente para las Fuerzas Militares, pero la competencia para conocer y sancionar las faltas que éstos cometan, la tendrán los oficiales y suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que posean cargo equivalente al de los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares.
