El libro de Cuentas corrientes se abrirá tomando por base el inventario de las existencias en cada Parque al principiar la cuenta, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, para cuyo efecto los Guardaparques enviarán el 1º de Septiembre al Ministerio de Guerra copia del expresado inventario.
