El Gobierno organizara dicha Escuela con el personal docente que sea necesario y podrá contratar en el Extranjero el que sea indispensable.

Parágrafo

Las clases correspondientes a la enseñanza teórica se darán en la Escuela de Medicina, o en la de Agricultura, si a juicio del Ministerio de Instrucción Publica no presenta inconveniente esta medida.
