Obligatoriedad de Calificar . El servidor público que sea responsable de calificar los servicios del personal tendrá la obligación de hacerlo dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del término que se señale en el reglamento. Cuando la calificación no se realice, el servidor público deberá solicitar ante el superior jerárquico de quien ha debido calificar que ésta se produzca, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del término establecido para el calificador. En este caso la calificación deberá hacerse dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes. Vigente desde: 28/07/1995 y hasta el: 21/02/2000
