del artículo 3º del Decreto 2615 de 1993 quedará así:

Parágrafo

Están exentos de la obligación de diligenciar la Declaración del Valor, la Nación, los Departamentos, los Municipios, el Distrito Capital y los Distritos Especiales, los Establecimientos Públicos, los Organismos Internacionales de Carácter Intergubernamental, los Agentes Diplomáticos, Consulares y de Organismos Internacionales acreditados en el país, las personas cuyas mercancías sean sometidas al Régimen de Viajero y de Menaje y los que realicen Importación Temporal para Perfeccionamiento Activo.
