°. Sesiones Consejo Directivo . El Consejo Directivo sesionará ordinariamente seis (6) veces al año y extraordinariamente cuando las circunstancias lo requieran. En ambos casos, las sesiones se podrán celebrar en forma virtual, presencial o mixta, dejando constancia en actas que firmarán la Presidencia y la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Directivo. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría simple y constarán en actas que firmarán la Presidencia y la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Directivo.
