Aprúebase el programa de venta de las 5.234.634.742 acciones que la Nación-Ministerio de hacienda y Crédito Público posee en el Banco Popular, contenido en los artículos 2º y siguientes del presente Decreto, equivalentes al 93.31% del total de acciones en circulación del citado Banco.
