Los equipos de tratamiento utilizados en los procesos de higienización y pulverización deberán disponer de reguladores automáticos y de válvulas de seguridad para evitar que se envase leche sin el tratamiento correspondiente De la misma manera, estarán provistos de termógrafos registradores, con el objeto de que las autoridades sanitarias puedan, dentro de los seis meses siguientes al proceso, disponer de los registros correspondientes e inspeccionarlos.
