Artículo primero . A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, suprímese la Interventoría del contrato de construcción y pavimentación de la vía que une a Bogotá con el Puente del Común por la antigua zona del Ferrocarril del Norte, denominada "Paseo de los Libertadores", creada por el Decreto 1206 de 1951, con el personal que hoy tiene.
