º . Directorio de acreedores. El liquidador de cada entidad intervenida deberá enviar al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, dentro del mes siguiente a la publicación de este decreto, la relación de acreedores con la indicación del nombre, domicilio, dirección, teléfono, documento de identidad, número de reclamación, cuantía, clase de crédito y prelación de los créditos. Cualquier modificación a esta información deberá ser comunicada oportunamente al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras.
