° El artículo 2° del Decreto 557 de 1990, quedará así: En la sede y subsedes se constituirán comités organizadores, integrados de la siguiente forma: -El Director General de los Juegos o su representante, quien lo presidirá. -Un representante del Gobernador del Departamento. -Un representante del Director General del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte. -Dos representantes del Comité Rector de los Juegos Deportivos Nacionales.
