ARTICULO 44. DE OTRAS PRESTACIONES. El reconocimiento y pago de las pensiones a que se refieren los ordinales j, k y l del artículo 5o de este decreto, así como del auxilio funerario y del seguro por muerte, se hará de conformidad con las disposiciones legales o con las estipulaciones previstas en las convenciones y pactos colectivos.
