Los contratos de venta de café deberán registrarse en la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior, la cual queda facultada para que, a solicitud de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, pueda suspender o limitar transitoriamente el registro de dichos contratos. En ejercicio de esta facultad no podrán establecerse sistemas que impliquen cupos individuales de exportación.
