°. Los Municipios que no dieren cumplimiento inmediato a lo dispuesto en el artículo precedente, a más de las sanciones en que incurran los funcionarios responsables por infracción de la Ley, perderán derecho a recibir auxilios nacionales, y se les suspenderán de que disfruten, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno proceda a clausurar los expendios indebidos y a multar a los infractores, en los términos que al efecto prescriba el derecho reglamentario de esta Ley.
