° Para administrar la educación, la estructura de la nuclearización tendrá las siguientes instancias: - Local, constituida por el municipio, con el núcleo o los núcleos de desarrollo educativo que lo integren. - Regional, constituida por el departamento, intendencia o comisaria, con la Secretaría de Educación y los institutos adscritos y vinculados al sector educativo. - Nacional, constituida por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y los establecimientos públicos adscritos y vinculados al mismo y de competencia nacional.
