Podrán ingresar al curso de formación de Oficiales y Suboficiales, los nacionales de otros países que sean designados por los respectivos gobiernos y aceptados por el de Colombia a quienes se les conferirá el título de Oficial o Suboficial honorarios, previa aprobación del respectivo curso.
