Cédese al Municipio de Neiva el derecho de propiedad y dominio del lote de terreno sobrante del edificio del Palacio de Justicia, con frente sobre la carrera 5ª entre calles 9ª y 10, cuya área es de 450 M2., alinderado así:

Por el Norte, 19.00 metros, colindando con terrenos de la Nación; por el Sur, 18.50 metros, colindando con propiedades de Esther Perdomo de Millán; por el Oriente, 16.50 metros, colindando con terrenos de propiedad del Municipio de Neiva, y por el Occidente, 26.00 metros, colindando con la carrera 5ª de dicha ciudad.
