Banco popular como accionista de aquél, tasa que será inferior en cuatro puntos a la cobrada por el Banco Popular en sus distintas operaciones, el encaje sobre las exigibilidades del Banco Popular será el mismo que señale la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República para la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero.
