Los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos que sobre el particular establezcan en sus estatutos, podrán contratar con las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria que se encuentren legalmente facultadas para el efecto, la administración fiduciaria de sus inversiones.
