º . Condiciones sanitarias. Las microempresas dedicadas a la fabricación de alimentos de que trata este decreto deberán cumplir con las condiciones básicas de higiene en la fabricación de alimentos previstas en el Título II del Decreto 3075 de 1997, exceptuando las señaladas en los artículos 24, 25, 26 y 27 del Capítulo V -Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad-; artículos 36, 37, 38, 39 y 40 del Capítulo VIII -Restaurante y Establecimientos de Consumo de Alimentos-.-
