°. El oxígeno medicinal de que trata el literal b) de la posición 28.04, artículo 1 del presente Decreto estará exento del Impuesto sobre las Ventas, siempre y cuando el vendedor adjunte a la declaración de ventas certificado del hospital, clínica o puesto de salud que efectuare la compra.
