ARTICULO 105. Retiro con treinta (30) años. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que se retiren con treinta (30) años o más de servicios prestados a la Policía Nacional tendrán derechos a que se les confiera el grado de Cabo Segundo.

Parágrafo

Sus prestaciones sociales unitarias y periódicas, se liquidarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Estatuto de personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional.
