El ICA deberá pronunciarse respecto de las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 7º de la Decisión 345, dentro de un plazo de tres (3) años para las variedades de ciclo corto y de diez (10) años para las variedades de ciclos mediano y largo, contados a partir de la fecha de presentación de la solicitud de protección.
