Decreto 775 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos III, V, VI, VII y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, sobre uso y manejo de plaguicidas.

Del nombre comercial. No se permitirá el uso de productos con el mismo nombre comercial que tengan diferente composición.

Parágrafo

Quien produzca plaguicidas con diferentes concentraciones de un mismo ingrediente activo podrá darle el mismo nombre comercial adicionado de la respectiva concentración. CAPITULO IV De la experimentación.
