Las cuestiones accesorias que se susciten en el curso de un incidente no estarán sujetas a trámite especial, y sobre ellas se decidirá en la misma providencia que resuelva el incidente. Sin embargo, cuando dentro de un incidente se objete un dictamen pericial o se tache de falso un documento, estando para finalizar o habiendo expirado la oportunidad probatoria, el juez señalará fecha y hora para nueva audiencia o concederá un término adicional de cinco días, según el caso, para que se practiquen las pruebas concernientes a la objeción o tacha.
