Cada encomienda, así como el boletín de expedición adherente, se revestirá de una etiqueta en la cual se indique el número del libro de depósito y el nombre de la oficina expedidora. Si dichas etiquetas no se tienen hechas por impresión, se harán manuscritas con tinta. Las etiquetas utilizadas para las encomiendas con valor declarado, deben llevar además, en color rojo, la anotación: valor declarado .
