La evaluación de los docentes y directivos docentes comprenderá al menos la preparación profesional, el compromiso y competencias, la aplicación al trabajo, y medirá de manera objetiva la responsabilidad profesional y funcional; la formación o perfeccionamiento alcanzado; la calidad de desempeño; la capacidad para alcanzar los logros, los estándares o los resultados de sus estudiantes, y los méritos excepcionales.
