Los médicos especializados en anestesiología de reconocida competencia que visiten nuestro país en misiones científicas o docentes, como consultores o asesores podrán trabajar como tales por el término de un año con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Salud Pública y a petición especial y motivada en una institución, facultad o centro universitario que legalmente opere en el territorio nacional.
