Artículo tercero. Los funcionarios en período de prueba o escalafonados en Carrera Administrativa que sean incorporados mediante este Decreto, continuarán en la misma situación administrativa siempre y cuando no sean designados en cargos correspondientes a otro cuadro ocupacional.
