° Créase una Junta encargada de dar cumplimiento a los artículos 2° y 3° de la Ley 55 de 1947, sobré honores a la memoria del eminente estadista doctor Gabriel Turbay, la cual se integrará así: un representante de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, designado por el Concejo Municipal; los Secretarios Generales de los Ministerios de Hacienda y de Educación Nacional; un representante de la familia del extinto, y un experto en cuestiones de arte nombrado por el Ministro de Educación.
