Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, deben enviar al Ministerio de Industrias y a la Dirección General de Estadística, una copia de los recaudos mensuales de minas denunciadas, tituladas y en explotación, dentro de los quince primeros días del mes siguiente a aquél a que se refieren dichos cuadros; y en el mes de enero, anualmente, una copia de la estadística de minas abandonadas en el año anterior.
