Responsabilidad. El titular del registro sanitario para microempresarios debe cumplir en todo momento con la norma sanitaria vigente, las condiciones de producción y el aseguramiento de control de calidad exigida, bajo los cuales se concede el mismo. En consecuencia, cualquier transgresión a la normativa o condiciones establecidas para su otorgamiento y los efectos que esta tenga sobre la salud de la población, se extenderá igualmente al fabricante, transportador y comercializador de la bebida alcohólica.
