La Corte Suprema de Justicia conocerá en segunda instancia de las causas que hayan sido falladas por los Consejos de Guerra ordinarios o Superiores, pero contra las sentencias definitivas que éstos dicten no podrá interponerse ante la Corte otro recurso que el de nulidad por las causales que esta Ley establece.
