Llevarán estampillas por valor de un peso, los documentos, actos y diligencias que a continuación se expresan: 1º El auto ejecutivo en las demandas de mayor cuantía. 2º El auto por desistimiento en las demandas de mayor cuantía. 3º Los poderes otorgados en el Extranjero. 4º Cada tiquete de pasaje de los puertos marítimos colombianos a los extranjeros, cuyo valor no baje de veinte pesos ni exceda de cincuenta. 5º Cada una de las hojas de los testamentos cerrados y sus cubiertas, cuando sean protocolizados.
