Los Síndicos o Recaudadores no expedirán los certificados a que se hacen referencia en el artículo 56 de la Ley 63 de 1936 , si en el expediente del juicio mortuorio no se consta que dichos establecimientos llenaron los requisitos exigidos en la presente ley.
