Decreto 1480 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta el servicio de radiodifusión sonora

Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora podrán arrendar las estaciones transcurridos tres (3) años de haberse otorgado la concesión, informando de ello al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, o en cualquier momento espacios determinados, siempre y cuando con ello no se desvirtúe lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.

Parágrafo

El arrendamiento no implica modificación de la concesión y el titular continuará siendo el directo responsable por el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones emanadas de la misma.
