º . De la remisión en caso de urgencias . Las entidades públicas o privadas del sector salud, que hayan prestado la atención inicial de urgencias, deben garantizar la remisión adecuada de estos usuarios hacia la institución del grado de complejidad requerida, que se responsabilice de su atención.

Parágrafo

Las entidades del subsector oficial que hayan prestado la atención inicial de urgencias remitirán al usuario cubierto por la seguridad social, a la institución de salud correspondiente.
