Conformación de la Red Humanitaria Interreligiosa de Colombia. La Red Humanitaria Interreligiosa de Colombia estará conformada por los actores que trabajan en el ámbito de la asistencia social, humanitaria y desarrollo sostenible, esto es: entidades religiosas y sus organizaciones inscritas en el Registro Público de Entidades Religiosas, las ONG, instituciones gubernamentales, cooperación internacional y otros actores relevantes. También las entidades públicas, territoriales y privadas que trabajen dentro en el ámbito descrito; las cuales podrán aceptar su vinculación previa invitación del Ministerio del Interior.
