Supernumerarios . Podrá vincularse personal supernumerario para suplir las vacancias temporales en épocas pre y postelectoral, con el fin de desarrollar actividades de carácter netamente transitorio. La remuneración de los supernumerarios se fijará de acuerdo con las escalas de remuneración establecidas en este decreto, según las funciones que deban desarrollarse.
