La Medalla de 15 años de Servicio continuo o discontinuo como Oficial o Suboficial, será de bronce suspendida de una cinta de cuarenta (40) milímetros de ancho, la que tendrá dos (2) franjas de color azul oscuro y una franja de color amarillo quemado, alternadas; las franjas azules de diez (l0) milímetros de ancho y de veinte (20) milímetros.
