ARTICULO 3.1.3.2.- INCOMPATIBILIDADES DE LOS ADMINISTRADORES. Los miembros de juntas directivas y representantes legales de las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Valores, no podrán pertenecer a juntas directivas de otras entidades cuyo objeto sea la prestación de los mismos servicios, siempre y cuando tales empresas individual o conjuntamente consideradas, tengan activos por valor de veinte millones de pesos ($20'000.000,oo) o más.
