° . Avalúo de bienes. Simultáneamente a la elaboración de los inventarios, el liquidador realizará el avalúo de bienes muebles de propiedad del Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro "Fonprenor" en liquidación, el cual se practicará por un perito avaluador, con experiencia comprobada en estas materias, cuya designación deberá ser aprobada por la junta liquidadora. El avalúo de los bienes será sometido a la aprobación de la junta liquidadora y copia del mismo se remitirá al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
