°. Resolución de diferencias. En desarrollo del artículo 15 de la Ley 400 de 1997, modificado por el artículo 3° de la 1796 de 2016 y el artículo 18 de la Ley 400 de 1997, modificado por el artículo 4° de la Ley 1796 de 2016, cuando se presenten diferencias entre el diseñador estructural y el revisor independiente de los diseños estructurales; y, entre el constructor y el supervisor técnico independiente, las mismas se resolverán en los términos previstos en el presente decreto, según documento anexo que hace parte del mismo.
