ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SERVICIOS. Para el establecimiento de los servicios se dictarán reglamentaciones por la junta directiva donde se consagrarán los objetivos específicos de los mismos, los recursos de operación, así como todas aquellas disposiciones convenientes para garantizar su desarrollo y normal funcionamiento.

Parágrafo

La Asociación Mutual podrá cobrar en forma justa y equitativa los servicios que preste, procurando que dichos ingresos le permitan asumir los costos de operación y administración indispensables para atender el cumplimiento del objeto social.
