Art. 32. Quedan reformados, respecto de la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, los decretos del Poder Ejecutivo de 22 de noviembre de 1861, 29 de un mayo, 13 i 15 de junio de 1863, 28 de julio i 31 de diciembre de 1864, insertos en el "Rejistro Oficial" números 29, 123 i 131 i en el "Diario Oficial" números 80 i 214, i en consecuencia, el presente decreto es el único vijente en cuanto a la organizacion de dicha Secretaría, que empezará a rejir desde 1.° de enero de 1869.
