Las licencias de radioaficionados de categoría novicio que hubieren sido expedidas hasta la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la presente norma, equivaldrán a las licencias de segunda categoría previstas en el artículo 10 del Capítulo III de este Decreto. Los radioaficionados de segunda categoría a que se refiere el inciso anterior para ascender a primera categoría deberán dar cumplimiento a las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto.
