El Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, la entidad que cumpla sus funciones y las personas naturales o jurídicas registradas y autorizadas por las lonjas en sus informes de avalúo, especificarán el método utilizado y el valor comercial definido independizando el valor del suelo, el de las edificaciones y las mejoras si fuere el caso, y las consideraciones que llevaron a tal estimación.
