Art 5.° Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para reconocer i pagar los gastos que compruebe haber hecho hasta el 31 de agosto de mil ochocientos setenta i tres el Vicecónsul de la República en Lóndres en el desempeño de la Ajencia fiscal que se le confirió en 1869, incluyendo al efecto en la liquidación del Presupuesto entrante la cantidad que juzgue necesaria, sin exceder de $ 2,000.
